As you can see from picture missing multiple screws and brake line top parts and back brake scuffs here and there it's looks like one of the wires burnt out but when connected it powers on battery works and light comes on but doesn't move might be an easy fix as I don't know much about these top part is loose as seen in pictures no charger selling as spares or repairs
