Uploading step by step

1. Upload clear photos of your item (up to 20 images)
2. Add a title and a detailed item description
   • Do not add hashtags of unrelated brand names in your item description
3. Choose a suitable category for your item
   • Please select the brand your item is made by. If the item has no brand, select “No brand” at the bottom of the suggested brands
   • If you’re listing a designer item, the Item Verification service will be available to your buyers upon purchase
4. Select the true condition of the item you’re selling
5. Insert a competitive price for your item
6. Select a suitable parcel size

A newly uploaded item may undergo an automated check to ensure it complies with our selling guidelines. Usually, it takes up to 1 minute, but may also take up to 3 or 4 days in some cases.

Identical items can’t be listed twice on Vinted. If you have a few items which are similar or the same, please consider the following:

• Create one listing and mention that you have 2 or more of the same items in the description
• If you have the same items in different sizes, take photos of all the items' sizing labels
• If you have the same items in similar colours, take photos from different angles and add the colour to the description. Please take good-quality photos in which the item’s colour is easily separable

• You can choose up to three item materials in the upload form. If there are more, write them in the listing description. Check the item's care label for more information
• If the item comes with manuals, safety warnings or usage instructions, add them to the parcel
• Consider uploading photos of warnings found in the item’s instructions (such as age warnings, weight limits, and maintenance warnings)
• If possible, add photos of the CE mark for toys, personal protective equipment, electronics, or similar to prove EU compliance. Look for it on the item, the item’s manual, or its original packaging
• Make sure the items are clean. We recommend washing or disinfecting them in a way suitable for the item’s material
