The things I buy are either new, because I have a compulsive shopping tendency, or most of the time love at first sight, or worn only once, or not worn at all, because I bought them too big🌸
The house is smoke-free, the clothes are placed in protective sleeves in the wardrobe, and if necessary, they are steamed before sending.
I do not do returns, nor exchanges that are too troublesome...!

The shoes are sterilized, and the clothes can be dry cleaned or washed.
