ABOUT MY CLOSET
- I’m from the US now living in Germany. I am cleaning out my closet and would love to give some of my clothes and accessories a new home.
- My home is non-smoking and animal-free.
- If a listing is still up, the item is still available—you don’t need to ask.
- PLEASE read the full item descriptions. There you can find the item’s sizing, material, care instructions, original retail price, and any flaws.
- For my own privacy, I do not send photos of myself wearing the items. Please check the item description as I always try to include a link to the same style so you can see retail photos and/or model photos. Exact color/pattern might not be available as they may be from a previous season. Please scroll down for my size profile as a reference.
- Given the top condition as well as the original prices of my items—and how difficult it is to find some of these brands in Europe—I feel that the prices I set are more than fair. I also offer a generous bundle discount.
- Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have about my listings, I respond honestly and quickly. I always reply within 24 hours.
- All communication stays on Vinted for our security. The only exception to this is if you request the recording of me checking and packing your order for shipping, which I can send via Email or WhatsApp (details under the Payment/Shipping section).
- I only sell on Vinted. I do not sell on any other platforms (e.g. Kleinanzeigen, Sellpy, eBay…).
- I do not do trades.

IN-PERSON TRY-ONS & PICK UP
- Available in Munich!
- Cash only for in-person pick-up.
- This option must be coordinated in advance as I would need to check my schedule.
- I will only put items on Reserve once a try-on/pick up appointment has been scheduled.
- I will send you the location the morning of the appointment.
- Please let me know in advance if you will be late or cannot make your appointment time. Rescheduling is allowed once per user—after that, this option is no longer available and you may only order with shipping.
- No-shows without any notice will be blocked.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- There are NO refunds/exchanges due to all transactions being private sales. I am not a store. All transactions are private sales made without warranty or guarantee. Please ask all questions in advance.
- Remember that colors may differ from the actual product to the photos depending on lighting and your screen. Sizing also varies by brand but I am happy to take measurements or take more photos of the item for you.
- I cannot be responsible for shipping issues that arise after the package has left my hands and is with the shipping carrier.
- If you feel like my service was less than 5 stars, please contact me and we can try to find a solution together.

PAYMENT/SHIPPING
- Please be respectful of my time and of other buyers, serious offers only. Note that users who repeatedly lowball or do not pay within 24 hours of an offer being accepted will be blocked. If I’ve accepted your offer and you need more time to pay or are no longer interested in an item, just let me know.
- All transactions will stay through Vinted for both of our protection—therefore I do not accept PayPal or bank transfer as payment—no exceptions. Even the in-person cash pickup option will be marked as sold to the buyer’s account in the Vinted app.
- In order to avoid misunderstandings or confusion during the sale process, ALL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED WILL BE VIDEO-RECORDED with proof of date and time.
- I will film all details and the condition of the purchased item(s), me packing the purchased item(s) into a box or envelope, me sealing the package and taping the address label. The package will then be dropped off to the carrier within two hours of the video being recorded for your reassurance (may be a bit more if I’m busy—please remember I have a full-time job and sometimes I pack orders in between meetings). This video can be sent to you via Email or WhatsApp, but will be deleted after you’ve accepted your order and left feedback.
- For your convenience, I offer all shipping carriers available through Vinted. I ship within 24 hours of payment, unless the next day is a Sunday or holiday then I will ship on the next business day.
- Please do not rush me to ship. I already ship quite fast and I also have a full-time job and other personal obligations. I am not a shop or a warehouse, I’m just a girl with too many clothes.
- From either Vinted or myself or both, you will always receive your tracking number and a notification that your package has been shipped.
- I cannot be responsible for shipping issues that arise after the package has left my hands and is with the shipping carrier.
- The only exception to my order filming/tracking notification policy is the in-person pickup option in Munich, which is cash only and at a day/time we both agree on.

MY SIZE PROFILE
- 160cm tall
- Many of the items I'm selling are from when I wore a different size; I’ve since changed sizes and can no longer fit those clothes. For reference, I used to wear a size Medium/US 6/EU 38/UK 10/AU 10 and my bust was US 34D/UK & EU 75D, so most items will reflect that sizing.
- My shoe size is almost always US 8-8.5 (women)/EU 39-40.
