For Christmas 2025, Royal Mail's key UK last posting dates are
Tracked services like Tracked 48 19th December.
The last day I will be posting is 22nd December for all postage provides, before my profile will be marked on holiday until 5th January. All orders will be posted before marked as holiday.

I am currently helping a family member clear out a storage unit that contains stock acquired about 20 years ago. They originally sourced items to resell online, with most of the stock acquired at auction, but later moved on to other things, so most has been sitting untouched since.
I am trying to find it all a new home. Otherwise, it will all end up in a skip which seems such a waste.
The auction house had contracts with the Metropolitan Police, HMRC, and Customs and Excise.
Police consignments typically consisted of recovered goods for which insurance claims had already been settled, while HMRC and Customs and Excise consignments were items reclaimed due to unpaid VAT or other duties."
