For sale is a wonderful summer lightweight wool sports jacket from the wonderful DAKS in the 90's. This is a true classic and a fantastic option for some summer tailoring.
The jacket is cut from a lightweight wool woven in a lovely Tattersall Check. It has a ground colour of tan/light brown and its check is navy with red blue and brown. The jacket features slanted jetted and flapped pockets, like hacking pockets, with a matching right side ticket pocket. It has a three button front close, with a beautiful roll on the top button. It has a notch lapel with a functional buttonhole and the cuffs are three button. The back is simple with a centre vent and inside there is a tan lining with a breast pocket either side. It's a beautiful jacket and rare to find one in such excellent condition.
The jacket is a size 44"R and it fits accurately to this. Further measurements below:

Sleeve length from shoulder roll to cuff- 26.5"
Back length from neck seam to hem- 31.75"
The jacket has a very hard to see mark on the front right side, it is hardly visible due to the check but it can be seen in the fourth image. Otherwise the jacket is in perfect condition and appears to have only been worn once!
