All units at preloved are tested using a 10 point sheet
This includes
Battery we test for around 15-20 minutes
Cracks or breaks will be highlighted with a picture
Bluetooth connection
Accessories check (chargers and other items and will again be highlighted if missing any)
Speaker/sound output
Screen condition, looking for lcd burn or dead pixel
Buttons and other external areas to make sure they work and not stuck/sticky
Software , looking for the unit to freeze or turn off randomly.
Checking the police database to make sure all items are not blacklist.
Make sure all accounts and links have been removed from the unit.
If /once the unit passes the tests, we then clean the factory reset the unit
When you get your unit, you have 2 days to check it over. If it's not happy with it, you may return it within them 2 days at your cost. If the unit is faulty within the 2 days, we will pay for the return and check the unit over once we have it back.
