child's periwinkle duck design umbrella with coral orange details good vintage condition this did belong to someone who smoked heavily so it may have tobacco grime or smell on it, despite having no other defects, I'm marking as fair for that reason It seems fine to me, but if you are worried about it I think you could just put it in a bathtub with hot water & like dish soap or laundry detergent & let it sit for a little while & then wash it off. I did this with a different umbrella I got from the same person. I personally didn't do it for this one because it wasn't noticeable to me like it was with the other one, I just want to warn about the condition in case it is more noticeable to someone else !!
