Beautiful little girls dress for any formal occasion. The top has a rounded neckline with capped sleeves and is beautifully embroidered. There is elastic at the back and waist for a nice fit. The shimmery skirt is tiered in the front and has a glittery tulle overlay in the back with an attached sash to tie into a bow. Size 3 13.5" seam to seam under the arms 12" seam to seam at the waist 8" shoulder to waist 20.5" waist to hem #47 MPE
