Decade is 80s. Fabric is comfy and soft, feels like polyester. The A-line skirt includes 5 belt loops and a semi-stretchy waist. Top includes 2 waist pockets, 1 breast pocket, double button front, and subtle sewn-in shoulder pads. Matching belt is also included. Condition is excellent with no visible flaws. Belt has minor wear.
