This is what you can expect if you choose to buy an item from me.
What to expect from the description of this item:
New with tags – self explanatory
New without tags – self explanatory. I do not list items as new without tags if they have been worn at all, even if just for a few hours; such items will be listed as “Very good”. They aren’t new without tags if they have been worn/used.
Very good – these will be items that have been worn around a maximum of three times and will have been appropriately cleaned (drycleaned/machine washed/handwashed) prior to being listed. They will look like new and you will not be able to tell that they have been worn if I didn’t declare it.
Good – these will be items that been worn quite a few times, but are still in exceptionally good condition. They will have been well looked after, however, the fact they may have been worn anything up to 20 times will be reflected in the price being asked.
Satisfactory – these are items that have signs of wear, may have faded slightly through washing, etc.however they will still have years of use in them.
All faults found on inspection prior to listing will be highlighted and images taken.
All my items are listed at realistic prices for the quality and condition they are in. Many have already got at least 50% off the RRP and are bargains before any further reductions are requested.
Sensible offers may be considered once an item has been listed for at least 4 weeks without selling. Vinted enables offers to be made with a maximum of 40% off the asking price, however, please note that offers asking for more than 10% off the asking price are highly unlikely to be considered. Insulting offers (these are those asking for 25% and more off the asking price) will be ignored; this includes messages sent directly asking for 50% or more off the asking price and violate the offer rules for Vinted. I wouldn't send one to you for your items.
No offers will be considered for any items listed at a price of £15. If items of a low asking price do not sell at this price, then they will go to the charity shops I support.
I always welcome any questions, so please don’t hesitate to ask. You need to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. No returns unless the item is significantly different from description – in line with your statutory rights. If your purchase doesn’t fit you or suit you, then you will need to resell it on. Sadly, with the amount of false claims that items are significantly not as described, damaged by purchasers when opening packages and then claimed to have been sent as damaged and similar, be aware that I will not hesitate to report any attempted fraud to the police.
Shipping is the cost of postage and packing. It will always despatched via Royal Mail and the cheapest is listed – namely 2nd Class Recorded (which has to be signed for by someone living at the address before Royal Mail hand it over), unless a higher cost is highlighted in the listing due to the value of the item being sold and the insurance coverage required for posting. I do not have any of the courier companies' drop off points near me, so don't ask for me to send by one of them as I don't have the facility without at least a 9 mile round trip.
