Heart Care is a small much loved local charity based in Walsall. We provide rehabilitation to people suffering from heart and lung diseases to help them recover from their conditions. Heart Care provides free 2 month tailored programmes and then long term Aftercare indefinitely. These programmes consist of monitored exercise in our lovely purpose built gym, expert advice on diet & nutrition, lifestyle advice and emotional help through relaxation classes and counselling sessions. We help around 1000 people a year, many of whom are older. Put simply Heart Care is helping save and improve older vulnerable people’s lives in the community.
