My friend swears by hair fertilizer by a brand called ORS, it's meant for African/Caribbean hair but she's told me to massage it into the roots before bed and wash it off in the morning. Her hair is almost at her waist and is in lovely condition. Maybe something to look into? xx
I've been using lush shampoo bar called new it's got cinnamon clove and peppermint to help stimulate .. I use lush roots conditioner (on roots) and the jasmine and henna on the ends every Saturday night (sleep in it) and always rinse evertime I wash my hair with cold water at the end .. and it's the longest my hair has ever been .. xx
I get my hair cut to my back bra clasp once a year, by the time I get it cut again it's down to my bum. I only brush my hair when I can feel it's tangled with my fingers ( otherwise brushing hair causes breakage), I wash my hair once a week with natural lush shampoos and condition for an evening with coconut oil. I never dye or straighten it, I use dry shampoo on days 5/6/7 but only a little. I try to wear it down as much as possible so hair bands don't break it. Good luck Hun x
